1. Soak in the Sun on Flathead Lake

It’s not too late to get out on the lake! 2. Try Out Tasty Treats at A Farmer’s Market

The Flathead Valley is home to more than a few farmer’s markets! In fact, you can check out a different farmer’s market each day of Labor Day Weekend in the Flathead Valley if you wanted to. 

Start out with a trip to the Kalispell Farmer’s Market on Saturday from 9am-12:30pm at the Flathead Valley Community Market. Then, on Sunday, make your way over to the Sunday Market in Columbia Falls from 9am-12pm. On Sunday, September 3rd this market will even feature live music from 11am-1pm outside the Columbia Falls library! Finally, wrap your Farmer’s Market fun up with a trip to the Bigfork Monday Market from 5pm-7pm. This is the last Bigfork Monday Market of the season and features live music as well! 

3. Check Out A Local Event

Labor Day weekend in the Flathead Valley features a variety of events. However, one of the most beloved is the Rumble in the Bay car show in Bigfork. This event has brought out record-breaking crowds since it was featured in an episode of My Classic Car with Dennis Gage in 2016.
