The Beginnings of Go Sail Montana

Go Sail began offering ASA classes to students on Flathead Lake in 2016.  In those early days, three ASA instructors taught ASA 101 (Basic Keelboat) on two Capri 22 sailboats located at the Dayton Yacht harbor. From there the first ASA accredited sailing school in the state only continued to grow!

New Boat, New Courses

In 2022, Go Sail Montana added a new sailboat to the fleet! With the addition of Keewadin, a Pearson 33 sailboat, Go Sail Montana could expand their ASA course offerings. The sailing school began teaching ASA 103 (Basic Coastal Cruising) and ASA 104 (Bareboat Cruising) in addition to ASA 101!
